1ST Tribal Lending is proud to offer, in collaboration with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, down payment assistance loans.
This loan can be used to cover your down payment requirement of 1.25 – 2.25% of the purchase price.
You will enter into a 2nd mortgage agreement with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe for the amount of the assistance. This 2nd mortgage combined with seller contributions can significantly lower the cash required to close.
Certain requirements must be met for approval for the Rosebud Down Payment Assistance Program.
